kelly-cooper-2025

Kelly Cooper Founder and President

I’m the Founder and President of LakeTime Management, a private estate management firm based in Northern Wisconsin. For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving exceptional families who trust us to care for their seasonal homes with consistency, discretion, and a high level of personal service.

What began as a concierge service has grown into a focused, systematic approach to managing second homes and legacy properties. We keep our client list intentionally small so we can deliver the kind of detailed, reliable support that’s hard to find—and even harder to replicate. As we expand our LakeTime Exclusive tier and prepare for seasonal service along Florida’s Gulf Coast, I remain deeply committed to the quality of care that built this company from the ground up.

I’m also a licensed Realtor with Mahler Sotheby’s International Realty and a member of the David Kaster Team, helping clients buy and sell luxury lake properties with the same attention and integrity we bring to estate management.

Off the clock, I enjoy lake life, live music, and Sunday adventures with my Dave. I’m proud of my sons and daughters-in-law, and absolutely adore my grandchildren. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Vilas County Economic Development Corporation and value opportunities to give back to the community I call home.

I cherish my family and the team that stands beside me—we work closely, care deeply, and share a commitment to serving others well. I’m grateful every day for the clients who trust us to manage what matters most, even when they can’t be here themselves.
