LakeTime Management is a Minocqua, Wisconsin-based company that provides distinctive home and lifestyle management services to a discerning clientele in Vilas and Oneida Counties. To better serve our expanding client base, we have opened a second office in downtown Eagle River, Wisconsin.
Kelly
Kelly Cooper is a private service concierge and executive household manager specializing in seasonal lake home care. She is the founder and president of LakeTime Management, located in Northern Wisconsin.
She draws on her concierge and resort hospitality management experience to create her unique brand of Northwoods luxury lifestyle services. Kelly and her team provide trusted peace of mind and personalized household management services to lake home properties and seasonal estates.

Kelly has now joined the prestigious David Kaster Team of Mahler Sotheby's International Realty. Her expertise in luxury lake home management is paired with her concierge approach to luxury real estate service in Door County and the Wisconsin Northwoods/ Vilas and Oneida Counties.
When she’s not actively serving her clients, you can often find Kelly hiking State Forest trails, boating on the picturesque lakes, or enjoying local dining with family and friends. Kelly and her boyfriend enjoy travel adventures and Sunday drives into the UP and throughout the Wisconsin Northwoods.

Jeremy
Jeremy Phillips’ role as our Managing Director and Private Service Concierge is the perfect fit for his innate “At Your Service” personality. He works directly with clients, as well as, manages the day to day staffing and operations of the company. LakeTime clients also rely on Jeremy’s handyman and maintenance expertise.
Jeremy was raised in our family’s business, The Bay View Inn on Lake Minocqua. As young as 5 years old, he was already demonstrating his customer service and communication skills to our guests from around the world.
After high school, he attended North Central University in Minneapolis and graduated with a bachelor's degree in entrepreneurial studies. During his time at college, he served as the Assistant to the Director of Security for the Minnesota Vikings, - U.S. Bank Stadium. His extensive role included security staff training and direction, executive management liaison, and VIP host.
Jeremy returned to the Northwoods where he fell in love and married his beautiful wife, Katie. Jeremy, Katie, and their daughter Kora are now expecting a son in September 2023.
Shyan
Shyan Phillips is the Office Administrator at LakeTime in Minocqua. Shyan excels in organization, communication and project management. She is responsible for operational work at LakeTime, such as coordinating contractors, private events, client errands, and billing. She has been with the company since July of 2022.
Shyan and her husband, Jayson, welcomed their first baby, Scarlet May, in October of 2022. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and camping during the summer
Abigail
Abigail Luhmann’s attention to detail is key in her role as manager of our Eagle River office. Our clients appreciate her warmhearted personality and her commitment to providing personalized service. She is the office manager for our Eagle River location. Her LakeTime team oversees properties in the Eagle River, Phelps, and Three Lakes areas.
Two years ago she made the move from Winona, MN to the Northwoods. Abigail enjoys hunting, fishing and attending seasonal events all through the Northwoods with her boyfriend, Alex.
Carla
Carla Crane’s move to the Minocqua area coincided perfectly with LakeTime’s plan to expand. She has worked closely with the Management staff for the past three years overseeing our Housekeeping and working on special projects. She is currently managing our Manitowish Waters office. She serves as Lakehouse manager and leads service teams to clients in Manitowish Waters, Boulder Junction, and Presque Isle areas.
Her favorite activities in her downtime are outdoor sports, chasing her two Labs, and spending time with her Grandsons.
Faith
Faith Novak is a wonderfully reliable and organized professional who takes pride in the quality of her service to our clients here at LakeTime. She leads by example and encourages her service team to deliver their best, each and every time.
As the eldest of five active kids who grew up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin, Faith’s love for her family and her church family runs deep.
When not at work, Faith can usually be found swimming, camping, kayaking, walking her dog, and reading.
